Reading and search

You do not need an account to read ScionHub. Site search runs in your browser against a public index. We do not send your search text to Google Analytics. Avoid placing confidential information in search fields or URLs.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics is off until you enable it using the control in the footer. A browser’s Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal disables loading the analytics script. Your choice is stored locally under scionhub.analytics.v1.

When enabled, analytics can record page views and a small set of interactions such as opening a source or copying a code block. We send page paths without query strings or fragments, and do not send search text or copied code. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in the site configuration.

Google Analytics uses pseudonymous browser identifiers and may set cookies. It is not a promise of anonymous browsing. See Google’s privacy policy and Google Analytics data practices.

Change your choice

Use “Optional analytics” in the footer to enable or disable collection. Disabling stops site-issued analytics events and clears accessible Analytics cookies for this site. Clearing site storage resets your saved choice to off.

Hosting

Cloudflare delivers this website and may process request metadata such as IP address and security signals to provide its hosting and security services. Those infrastructure operations are separate from optional Google Analytics. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

No private repositories

ScionHub currently publishes technical content and public evaluation evidence. It does not collect repository credentials, accept private source-code uploads, or operate a hosted version-control service.
